Joaquín Salvador Lavado(pen name Quino) The strip features a girl
named Mafalda (5 years old at the time of the comic's creation)
who is deeply concerned about humanity and world peace and
rebels against the world as it is. The strip ran from 1964 to 1973
and was very popular in Latin America., Europe. Quebec and Asia,
leading to two animated cartoon series and a movie.

Little Lulu- is a comis strip character created in the mid-1930s by Marjorie Henderson Buell. The character debuted in The Saturday Evening Post on February 23, 1935 in a single panel, appearing as a flower girl at a wedding and strewing the aisle with banana peels.
Her Comics were published in Mexico in Spanish for many years. Some were even published beyond the time they were published in English in the USA.
